Potluck Team Dinner
Our Pre-Season Dinner will be on December 10th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m in the 9th grade cafeteria. This meeting is required for parents and players placed on teams (at least 1 parent must attend). Please note that this is a team potluck dinner; therefore families are to bring food to this event to be shared (food assigned by team below).                                                                  
 Main Course JVA: Desserts JVB: Salads 

Additionally, the following will be due on this day:

  1. Team Fees of $125.00
  2. Game Day Meal Plan (Optional) – $100 or $110 depending on team
  3. Concession Donations (Sign-Up Genius TBA) 

Concession Stand Sign-Ups 
Every family is required to work at least one shift during our home games. It is recommended that you sign up for a game other than your son’s team, so that you may watch your son’s game this night. 

Concession Donations
Donations for our concession stands can be brought to the pre-season team dinner on December 10th. If you are unable to bring donations, then we will use the player fees to purchase items for our concessions ($20).
